About this game

Pixel Pinball is a single table set in a haunted arcade, with ghosts on the cabinet screens and a jukebox that swallows the ball. You get three balls and a scoring panel beside the table that shows what each shot is worth. Lit lamps build up an end-of-ball bonus, so a long ball pays twice.

Goal: Score as many points as you can across three balls by hitting the table's lanes, targets, ramp and hole.

Pixel Pinball is an original pinball table built for the browser in the style of 1980s arcade cabinets: pixel art, a chiptune soundtrack and CRT scanlines, all generated in code. It is free, has no ads and needs no download or account.

What’s inside

  • One table with 3 balls per game, plus one extra ball at 50,000 points
  • Ball save for the first 10 seconds of each ball, with a kickback in the left outlane while it is on
  • Shots: 3 rollover lanes, 3 pop bumpers, 3 drop targets, the left ramp, a spinner and the jukebox hole
  • Bonus multiplier up to X5, and up to 20 bonus lamps per ball

Tips

  • Lighting all three top lanes raises the bonus multiplier and pays 2,000, and the multiplier resets with each new ball.
  • The left ramp is worth 1,000 plus two lamps and the jukebox hole pays 500 plus a lamp, so both build the end-of-ball bonus quickly.
  • Knocking down all three drop targets pays an extra 1,000 for the bank, and the targets reset shortly afterwards.
  • Three nudges within two seconds is a tilt, which kills the flippers and wipes that ball's bonus, so space your nudges out.
