About this game
You ride an electric cargo bike down an isometric street of 15 houses, lobbing parcels onto the porches of customers with green mailboxes. A parcel through a window costs points, and each round ends with a training course of ramps and hoops.
Goal: Land a parcel on the porch or mailbox of every customer on the route for 250 points each, and keep your customer list from running out.
Parcel Dash is an original delivery game built for the browser in the style of 1980s arcade cabinets: pixel art, a chiptune soundtrack and CRT scanlines, all generated in code. It is free, has no ads and needs no download or account.
What’s inside
- Endless rounds, each a new street with more hazards and a faster bike
- Training course with 4 ramps (100 each) and 4 hoops (300 each)
- 3 lives and 10 customers; a perfect round adds a customer, up to 15
- Players
- 1 player
- On a phone
- Drag left or right to steer, tap the right third of the screen to throw, hold the Slow box at bottom left to brake, hold a finger in the strip along the top edge to ride fast, and tap the top-right corner to pause.
- Round length
- A round, street plus training course, takes 30-60 seconds; a full game usually lasts 3-8 minutes.
Tips
- Deliveries in a row build a streak that adds 50 points per delivery, up to 250 extra.
- Every missed customer is gone for good, and the game ends when you have none left, so guard your customer count as closely as your lives.
- You carry 10 parcels; ride over the refill stacks on the near kerb, which come every third house, to pick up 5 more.
Questions
How do you know which houses to deliver to in Parcel Dash?
Customers have green mailboxes. Red mailboxes mean the house is not a customer, and a parcel there scores nothing.
How do you lose in Parcel Dash?
The game ends when you run out of lives from crashes or when every customer has cancelled because their house was missed.
